Gorgeous, one of her best dress.

Victoria at the official meeting and dinner with prime minister Lee Wan-koo, recycling the gorgeous Dolce & Gabbana dress from Leonore's christening.
She looks absolutely marvellous.

Beautiful flower at her hairdo

The pink dress is stunning. Beautiful design and color. So elegant and divine. One of her best looks.

:previous: I would have to agree. Victoria looks every bit the Crown Princess she is, elegant and refined. Loved the hair ornament, it just lifted her "go to" hairdo to something just a little bit special.

In the last evening at a more relaxed dinner with the cultural people of Korea, according to Svensk Damtidning at outfit from swedish Hunkydory. I like the top. And the contrast between Victoria's white and the swedish minister's black is nice.

I have been in contact with Hunkydory and they told me the top is actually By Malene Birger. You can see the photo they sent me here- Swedish Royal Clothing ID's: Day 3 in South Korea

I love the skirt but I don't like the design on the sleeves.

It is a great dress, and looks better on Victoria because her hair is up. The dress looks more serene and calm when you can see the whole top part before the pattern starts. Elie Saab dresses look always good on Victoria. I like her soft hairdo.

A glimpse of the brooch at her hairdo. I hope it is a royal family brooch, not some accessory.

Since Victoria has worn many Elie Saab dresses, maybe the dress has always been Victoria's, Madeleine normally never wears Elie Saab.

I just Love Princess Victoria, but why can't that beautiful princess ever wear her hair down?? This is probably not the correct thread for this but this has bothered me, she is so beautiful, I would love to see it down once in a while
Ah, here we are.

For formal gala events Victoria tends to have an updo. They are very practical for many reasons, not least she doesn't end up eating hair. When you are seated at a banquet table etiquette dictates you converse with your neighbours and if your hair is down a la Catherine's favourite style, every time you tip your head even slightly narrows your peripheral vision. So, when Victoria does wear her hair down at a gala you get this sort of effect:

And on less formal occassions:

Many swedish reporters have told in various interviews, that Victoria hates her hair down and open. Earlier she had a ponytail and during the last years she has her hair at a bun. And that is a very good choice, she looks very stately and regal with her hair up. And it seems to me that it is the image she wants to give, besides the plus point that she doesn't get her hair to her face when it is down. Obviously she doesn't like that. She is the future queen regnant, and she is preparing to that. As such she is a woman who lets her personality, charisma and warmth come through and doesn't want to be defined with how fashionable her clothes or her hairdo are. She trusts that the Swedes love and respect her because of what kind of person she is and the work she does, not because of her clothes or her hairdo.

I agree Lady Finn, Victoria puts her best foot forward whether she is wearing a tiara and gala gown or a hard hat and high vis safety gear. She always looks like she has figuratively rolled up her sleeves and is ready to get into action.

She knows that when she is "on duty" so to speak, that her personal preferences take second place to what she is there to do. So for me, I can't wait for the next Nobel Ceremony for the most shallow of reasons. She knocked our socks off last year and I can't wait to see what comes next. And, the best thing is, she's actually working for the SRF and Sweden!

Everyone wins!

Princess victoria , is going to be a great Queen ........and is a fab crown princess , she really comes across as if she cares ........

She carries it off very well, IMO. I would never wear such a gown and I wish she had chosen something else to wear, but it's Victoria. She will always look graceful, never cheap.

I love the green gown. The color, the cut, and the style are exquisite. She looks very regal. Although, I did not like it for the Nobel Prizes.

This isn't my favourite evening gowns on Victoria, but this evening she looked really good on it, much better than at the Nobels. The cut steel tiara suits well with the dress. And the strong colour of the dress doesn't need big jewellery. And because it is summer, it's nice to see a dress with a bold colour.

:previous: I don't like much that dress either, even because green is a difficult color to wear... But I agree that Victoria looks much better tonight than the nobels... I suspect it is because of the make up: not brown shades... it changes all IMO:flowers:

That's some dress and she wears it well. Don't think the tiara goes

I do not believe this gown was cheap in any way. Not in cost or effect. It definitely deserved another outing. I loathed it at the Nobels and now, looking at the formal photo, I see that it was the Jeep! That totally unappealing four button tiara had the effect of squaring off her head creating this odd, flat-headed look . . . ugh!

The use of the Steel Cut tiara with this particular gown was a very well-thought-out strategy. The light, airiness of the tiara with it's high centre point echos the width and depth of the neckline of her gown creating a totally different effect. Bravo Victoria, she took the lemon and made lemonade.
