I like her suit very well and I certainly don't think it's too old for her. She is elegant and very professional in her "work" clothes. It must be very hard to find a happy medium somewhere between Margaret Thatcher and Cinderella! 
Now, if her hair was just a little less severe around her face she would be almost perfect!

It's a beautiful suit! And the shoes look good with this outfit.
I would've preferred she only wear one necklace, either the pearls or the dark necklace but not both together. Mayber she had a hard time deciding which one.

Oh, this shape of the bag is my favourite as it's both classic and pure at the same time.
I think Turkish Delight gave the right words, the outfit was simple and good.
