Attending a Franco-Swedish gala given by the Swedish Trade Council in Paris last night, CP Victoria wore on of her worst overall looks so far.

The polka dot stockings are dreadful as they are, and the Las Vegas table dancer shoes ghastly, but wearing them together is a crime.
The black pleated DvF dress (a repeat) isnt very nice in itself with its irregular, sloppy-looking hemline, but additionally it simply doesnt suit the woman. Also, its definitely not to be worn with this kind of wrap.
Her severe old maids bun is an all-wrong hairdo for this look, black toe nails add a weird 'gothic' touch, and her earrings are badly made fakes which dont even fall into the fun category.
IMO, this being a Paris appearance only makes it more disappointing that neither she nor her obviously untalented stylist managed to put an elegant outfit together.

"gothic touch", yes. That's one of the expressions I was searching for, from the first time I saw this dress. I simply dislike it. What about these hideous stockings? They just look silly. Not necessary to talk about the shoes...  Somehow I like her hairdo, but not together with this outfit.

Does she really have a stylist? It doesn't seem like it. The dress doesn't even flatter her body and is way too short. I never liked it even the first time round. It would look better on Simone who us their early 20's who us ready to party or hit the dance floors.

I have to agree. I didn't care for this dress the first time around either and it looks way to big for her. And what on Earth was she thinking when she decided to wear those gosh awful polka dot stockings! OMGoodness! That is just hideous, hopefully we won't see those again.

The dress is nice, but I agree with Dazzling, it doesn't flatter her body and is too short.

I agree, the bottom half is an over-done disaster.
The top half, at on the other hand, looks wonderful. I like the elegant ponytail, and the earrings. Her smile looks radiant.

Heavens were did she or her stylist think they were going with this look. I have said many times that these CP's have everything avaliable to them and thus at no time should they not hit the mark .... this is frankly IMO appaling Victoria looks cheap and it is almost too hard to believe.

To answer the question about a stylist, yes CP Victoria DOES have one. In fact the papers raved about a new one this summer, who was expected to bring fresh design and color into vic's wardrobe. Disappointing thus far.
Sorry to agree with the other posters regarding this disasterous outfit, but I must. Her legs look like she has insect bites all over them! The Dress is wrong, the shoes arewrong, everything is ALL wrong, IMO.

The polka dot stockings I agree with the rest of you, they're hideous. However I like the shoes and the hair looks great. The entire out fit it's just a bit of a dissapointer really. But hey gotta give her credit for being more daring than before... Her dress sense has improved alot (just not in this case)

This outfit looked so tacky. The tights are aweful. With the spots on it , it looks like tights for a little girl. The all-black look does not really look good on Victoria. The dress is okay, but i do not think that it looks good on Victoria.
What is she having on her foot here?

It looks like a patch. The shoes do not seem to be very comfortable.  And they are not even nice.
I liked her make-up and her hair. Her smile is so lovely.
