Those are jimmy choos & i have a pair MM's shoe collection is lovely, seems most of her shoes are nude colors with some contrasting colors to it. Most of the shoes in the pictures are Jimmy choo, Gucci, Loubatain and Valentino.
The most prettiest and elegent is the 1st picture 5th row.

I dont think these are new, she has worn them or something similar in tha past. I also think they are pretty, very elegent & classic.

No, they are rather old. I remember her wearing them during the Coronation Celebrations in 2006.
