CP Mary's skirt is so elegant and feminine!
Does anyone know who the designer is? Thanks!

Mary in Thailand, Day 3

Mary looks great in a summery dress, perfect for the occasion. Again the same shoes, I agree with other posters, they are not my favourites and on top of that it must me painful to walk in them in such conditions (hot, humid climate). No surprise blisters start showing on her feet. Mary could still look elegant in more convenient open sandals. I guess the capacity for suffering in terms of footwear is very high among CPs these days. Others would probably walk through Bangkok in double platforms, no problem

Mary is actually wearing a different pair of heels, as evident in this picture. I'm not too fond of her dress, sure it's probably great for the climate, but not my cup of tea - too mumsy IMO.

meant the same type of shoes, pointy pencil high heels. wearing such shoes at an outdoor event in thailand is a brave thing to do. on the other hand, unlike in denmark, in thailand there is an opportunity for a foot massage around every corner.

Ah, I see your point DoM. I agree, some nice open sandals would have worked just as well, especially today when she was out in the open. Yesterday wouldn't have been as bad, seen as she was indoors most of the time. And who knows, maybe Mary did get a foot massage on her way back to the hotel

I have to say Mary seems very good and careful with her things. Those shoes are about 4 years old and I know that because I had a pair and wore them out a long time ago.

You can see how her feet are swollen from the heat and humidity and the blister is in the same spot as with the other shoes. Perhaps it isn't a blister but rather a callus (hardened skin as a result of pressure.) In any event, it isn't pretty but it doesn't seem to bother her!

She looks absolutely fabulous!! The cut, color, simplicity of the dress is perfect as is the style of her hair! She looks the epitome of a crown princess. (Only one little criticism....her shoes. Looks like she borrowed them from Pr. Letizia! :) However, they look a million times better on Mary as they are in proportion.)

wow i am very impressed with mary's natural style during this trip, it's simple, unpretentious, elegant, classy. no flashy labels or oversized sunglasses but simply mary. she looks happy, comfortable and at ease, never trying too hard unlike on other occasions. hope she will bring some "thailand feeling" over to denmark & future events.

... and because the platform of the shoes is a thousand times more decent then the ones Letizia usually wears.
They are by Louboutin

I liked the chiffon dress, was quite pretty and also looked colorful.
The vibrant purple dress I didnt like, too purple and it looked more like a cover up dress for a day on the beach IMO. The shoes were a bad choice, I dont think Mary needs to wear platforms becasue she is tall enogh.

The purple is a very good color on Mary, but the dress is plain for my tastes. It looks like it needs something, a broach or wrap. Or even one of those cool long necklaces that she wears on occasion would have been good. the shoes are beautiful, but to plain for the dress.

I guess thanks to Letizia we have a new definition of what "platform" means. I wouldn't even label these Louboutins as "platforms"
What I don't like is the mismatch between the red sole and the purple dress, in this case Mary could have done without Louboutins and their trademark.
