The red/bronze dress she wore in Brazil & Vienna is my favourite dress for Maxima, very glamorous! I also hope to see the orange dress she wore at prinsjesdag again, but without the jacket (I wonder what it looks like).

Prinsjesdag 2006
imo, this look is the only complete great look i like of Maxima, from hair to shoes.
The Jacket.Perfect fit, pretty belt.
Full view of the outfit. I liked how the skirt was not a straight cut.

premiere of the movie Zwartboek in the Pathe Theater in The Hague.
I dont know about the dress, but i liked her hair, though it was a bit messy, make-up as nice

The movie was about a Jewish girl in 1940-1945 (World War II) and Princess Máxima asked her coiffeur or coiffeuse to create a hairdo which was en vogue in the 1940's.
She did look very pretty. A movie première is no solemn occasion of State, of course. A bit of playfulness is allowed.

Very nice pictures! I really like this dress of Máxima! One of her best outfits (worn for Prinsjesdag) ever! Thumbs up!

If ever there was a dress that deserved a tiara this is it.
I have just discovered this thread and I must say I am impressed. Princess Maxima seems to have no set 'style'. This is a good thing because every occassion is an oportunity. Sometimes she misses by a mile, but more often she seems to score a bullseye. If she were predictable she would be a little boring I think, although I don't know much about her, boring doesn't look like a lifestlye choice for her.
I look forward to many more wonderous surprises (and not a few shocks) for without the bitter how would we know what was sweet?

I love long gloves anyway, no matter the color. I think they automatically give the outfit drama.

Do you mean if she ever recycled one of her Prinsjesdagdresses??
Well, she recycled the red gown she wore for Prinsjesdag 2002 about 2 times and she wore the orange jacket and the hat of 2005 on the Swedish King's Birthday in 2006...

yes that was what i meant.
does anyone have her Prinsjesdag dresses side by side.
let say in about 30 years there will be a something similar as queen Silvia has done with her Nobel dresses. Showing them to the public. That would be great we already got 4 dresses.
