I like the general style of the outfit, but it appears to be ill-fitting, especially the jacket.
The shoes are nice (certainly much better than the boots) but overall look just doesn't work for me.

The outfit makes her look wider for some reason. Also, the lower heels throw off the proportions making her looking dumpy (I like it with the boots...well, I like the boots lol). Plus, the grooming is, as usual, unfinished.

The shoes don't seem to match with the rest of the look. They appear to be gold, and her outfit is in black (or navy blue, I can't tell).

Her shoes appear to be some sot of animal print to me. Not my favorite but they go alright with her rather voluminous dress and coat.

I cannot understand why people do not like it with the boots and prefer the shoes. The shoes are so boring and make her look fussy and old! The boots make it like a country style look and it suits perfectly.
