According to Harry & Meghan's website the Gloucesters' apartment was indeed offered to them but would be ready by the end of 2020. So, I am not sure whether that means that they are soon moving out; or already moved out and that renovations are currently be carried out'; or that they are no longer moving out as there is no pressing need for them to do so.

The Duke and Duchess continue to be hard working royals - they go about their duties without much recognition or press coverage. The Queen I am sure is grateful to her cousins that they have continued to serve the family

They are doing fantastic work.

Duke's trip to Kenya was definitely on the Kenya's news outlets.
