The Queen looks very nice. Her dress and jewels at the State Dinner are really beautiful.
I also like the president's wife's dress: it's stunning.

December 2, 2004: President Roh Moo-Hyun of South Korea and his wife Kwan Wang-Sook attended the Guildhall State Banquet in their honor held at the Guildhall in London.

By the way, Duchess of Gloucester had a coughing fit during a speech by President Roh Moo-Hyun (#7)
