Reina, she's worn that tiara before; it's not all that new, although she did have it made during the present reign so it's one of the more modern ones.

The Queen looks very nice. Her dress and jewels at the State Dinner are really beautiful.
I also like the president's wife's dress: it's stunning.
I add a picture of The Queen stroking Sadie,the guide dog of the British minister David Blunkett, while waiting for the Korean guests.

By the way, Duchess of Gloucester had a coughing fit during a speech by President Roh Moo-Hyun (#7):o
