Well she came with the Queen in the car right up to the church so it would have been hard to get a glimpse of her. She was kept hidden when church was over. Or maybe Camilla took all the attention and Sophie just wasnt noticed. Didnt the Queen take Sophie right up to the church when she was pregnant with Louise. It would be a great christmas present if she was. Charles and Camilla stayed after the RF left and spent extra time with the crowds. They always seem to try and reach out to as much of the crowd as they can. That is very nice considering many of them said they had come to see Camilla.

If you go to http://news.bbc.co.uk/ and click on "watch BBC news in video" you can see a video of the RF if you type "sandringham" into the search box. Sophie is shown in the car as well as the walk to and from the church!! How is it decided who gets to go in the car?

The Queen looked wonderful at the church service today, really chic and lovely, and that colour is really nice on her. It's hard to believe she's almost 80!

Beatrice and Eugenie did indeed look stylish and lovely, they seem as really sweet and good flowers- and gift caretakers for the Queen, they're such a sweet trio together - granny and them! :)

I have to agree that the Queen's outfit was very nice. I usually don't like what she wears. Today she chose a lovely hat for once.
Camilla wore a nice dress and coat, but her hat, I dunno, Camilla's hat today was odd. But she did look nice. Also, about Beatrice, when I said her hat was weird, I wasn't saying she looked bad. She's a pretty girl. She's just inherited the Windsor womens' habit of odd fashion choices. That's all.

Default Camilla's son and daughter?

Were Tom and Laura at the service today? I didn't notice them in any of the pics. It would have been nice to see them there.

It did occur to me after I asked that question that they have a dad too, so of course they might also spend the day with the PB side of the family.:)

They also have in-laws, a husband and wife, their siblings, aunts, uncles, the list is endless.

One thing I always look forward to is HM the Queen's speech, and as always a very appropriate & meanningful topic.

It has to be one of our strongest traditions - listening to Her Majestys' Christmas message. It's wonderful to know that in that moment, we're linked to all of the other millians of Commonwealth citizens, and the over 200 million people, to whom Her Majesty is Queen.

I thought the choristers all looked really very tired..

Who decides who gets to ride in the Queen's car? The Queen of course. :)
