We can only attest how busy a person is by what we are given by the media and through things like the Court Circular and social media releases. We cannot say that one is busier than the other. We can only assume that they are by the information we've been given. Personally, I'd assume that Charles was a far busier person than William is. I don't know if that's true but its what seems logical to me from what I've read about both men and by the numbers.
