Is there anyone who can confirm that there were no official engagements for the 23rd, 25th, 26th and 29th May it would be much appreciated.

I know I can ask Cepe but I feel guilty in always asking her so if there is any other British person who has access to The Times or The Telegraph, which publish it online and in their print editions I would appreciate it.

Cepe - you have been fantastic in this help so I decided to see if we can get another couple of people to spread the load with the BRF and the CC don't give the information.

These are the final figures as a breakdown of total of each type of engagement by royal to the end of May. The number in brackets is the total for that type of engagement by that royal for the year while the number not in brackets is the total for May e.g. The Queen had 10 Audiences in April and has done 41 Audiences so far this year.

Where there is a 0 outside the brackets it means that that royal did none of that type of engagement in May but that they have already done at least one of that type of engagement this year.

HM The Queen: Audience - 10 (41); Church Service - 2 (4); Council Meeting - 1 (5); Dinner 0 (1); Funeral - 0 (1); Investiture - 1 (10); Luncheon - 1 (12); Met People - 0 (11); Opened - 0 (3); Other events - 4 (11); Performance - 1 (4); Presented Awards - 0 (6); Received - 8 (43); Received by 0 (5); Reception - 3 (12); Military Parade/Salute – 3 (3); Unveiled - 0 (3); Viewed - 0 (11); Visit - 2 (11); Visited by - 0 (1); Toured - 0 (6)

Note: those not listed above have done no engagements so far this year - Eugenie and Katherine.

I would also like to remind people that if there is a difference between the breakdown and the total it is because there are times when an engagement is worded something like: 'HRH aaa visited xxx and then attended a dinner'. When this is at the one venue this is counted as one engagement but in the identification of types of engagement I am identifying both activities. An exact example of this would be Her Majesty, escorted by the Chairman, and His Royal Highness, escorted by the Principal, listened to a performance by the a capella choir in Bradenstoke Hall, viewed displays of students' project work, and met students, members of staff, governors and supporters in the Great Hall. which I count in the weekly totals as 1 engagement for each of The Queen and Philip while for the above list I register this as Performance, Viewed and Met People.

The delay in getting the full updates done this week is due to the fact that it is the Queen's Birthday Long Weekend here in Sydney and I have visitors who are staying with me in between attending meetings, VIVID light shows and other fun things so I haven't had time to sit down and do the full update - maybe tomorrow it will all be done.

A reasonably busy week with 115 engagements all up. It was also a busy week for people going overseas with The Queen, Philip, Charles and Camilla all ending the week in France while Andrew went from an official visit to Germany for the 300th anniversary of the House of Hanover inheriting the British Crown and from there going straight to Canada while Edward visited Poland. Have you updated for June 3rd?

I have 2nd, 4th and 5th June but nothing for 1st or 3rd June or 30th May.

this does include the 30th May and 5th June which were updated

Camilla is only listed as 2 days and she was at the Opening of Parliament, the Garden Party & the June 5th commemoration.

Thanks

The "league" table shows Edward as the 4th "hardest worker" (and his wife being the 5th) of the family yet he is viewed as being lazy and not earning his keep. It's amazing how much the press ignore the lesser Royals. If he was hounded by the press like William was, the public would see how hard he and his siblings work and how little his nephew works. Typical British press.

I am always in awe of how many engagements Anne does as well!

What Garden Party? I don't have a Garden Party for anyone for last week.

I have no CC for the 3rd June - no results - is what I am getting for that date.

Weekly update to 19th June, 2014

A reasonably busy week with Trooping and the Garter adding engagements for most of the family but the total for the week isn’t all that great because the days are long and only one engagement is actually recorded. I did note that William was the only ‘Senior Colonel’ who didn’t attend the Senior Colonel’s Conference and Dinner hosted by Philip the night before Trooping but he did attend a meeting with Charles for the Princes Council. He has accompanied Charles to meetings like this before.
