Crown Prince of Selangor's Night Off
A local blogger alleged that the Cown Prince of Selangor, Tengku Amir, enjoyed a wild party with friends. No big deal ....that is until pictures of the night off surfaced.
Most people would brush off the wild party as kids enjoying themselves. But in Muslim majority Malaysia, where an ordinary Muslim faces court charges for consuming alcohol, the antics of the Prince and his friends raised a furore.

The prince's grandfather was the former King of Malaysia. The head of state is also the head of Islam in the country.
Meanwhile the local blogger claims that more intimate photos will be released in the future....something needs to be done to reign in the royals. Perhaps a wild party is okay, with some discretion thrown in..

I have no idea how monarchy works in Malaysia..Its a bit confusing..But ur Crown Prince is a bit too spicy..hmm I dont know how people in your country will react.. But I have become refractory to such acts, even by royals, especially after the Harry's Vegas episode, and people defending ferociously..Modernity/Changing with times is wearing more and more short clothes (and take them off ASAP) , getting more and more drunk and partying more and more hard..And just that for royals of this generation..
BTW I wish I could get an English version of that article..

Royal Allowances
The prince, as heir to the throne of Selangor (a province in Malaysia), receives a monthly allowance of RM 13,000 , which is funded by taxpayers.
However, he has very few official duties, mainly ceremonial. His allowance is about 6 times more than the average Malaysian household income.
Alcohol consumption by a Muslim is illegal in Malaysia. Public drinkers are normally subjected to a fine.

Then he should actually be prosecuted and fined like Princess Annewas..when her dogs bit some kid..But since he is actually heir..he may have some immunity or something..For example in Thailand no one can speak or give evidence against royals, as it will amount to lesse majeste. If something similar is there in Malaysia?
And anyways it is hardly harming/disturbing anyone..and he is not drinking publicly..So give him a break..
