(I guess Mary should have been wearing a big royal gold crown and a giant pink ball gown before this little girl would agree that Mary is a real princess :D)

It is absolutely no coincidence Mary is visiting a hospital ward for patients with diabetis.
If you suffer from Diabetis or know someone who have diabetis, it is very likely the insulin has been produced by Novo Nordisk.
DK has a dominent role worldwide in regards to developing and producing insulin and Mary's secondary role with this visit to Malaysia is to help promote Danish commerce.
That these patients are women combines it neatly with her work in connection with the Advisory comittee.

The captions informs us that the gentleman sitting next to Mary is the Danish Ambassador. That she flew to Malaysia via New York. And that people are standing while the Malaysian national anthem is played.

Time for a little lesson to me, Muhler

Billedbladet wrote that Mary flew from Denmark on Sunday afternoon and that she had one stopover en route. According to BT, it must then be New York, but isn't BT a little bit wrong? Isn't it a big detour to fly via New York or is it me who dosen't understand anything of geography :D
