It looks like it will be highly fictionalized. For starters, "Harry" should have been about 10 years old when he first met Catherine and, in the clip, the actor who plays him obviously looks much older. If you are into soap operas, it might be good entertainment though.

The title itself is pretty odd as Catherine (Catalina) was not a princess by birth, but rather an Infanta in Spanish terminology. She had two older sisters (Isabel and Juana) who would eventually become princesses (i.e. heirs to the throne under the naming conventions of the Spanish monarchy), but Catherine herself never held that title in her home country.

Furthermore, the word 'Spain' was not used at the time in royal titles as Aragon and Castile for example remained separate kingdoms. It would still take a long time for the Spanish kings to use the title of King "of the Spains" (in the plural), and "of Spain" in the singular was not used officially until the 19th century, I think. It is highly unlikely then that Catherine would refer to herself as a "Princess of Spain" as she does in the trailer . She could have said e.g. " I am an Infanta of Castile and Aragon", but I suppose that would be too complicated for an American audience.

And where is King Ferdinand?

I just had a look and King Ferdinand is not listed lets hope its just an error and he does appear in the series!

Just as a touch of humor, I'm checking out the translated version of a scene of this series and first thing I notice is the accent. It was translated in Mexico with extremely strong regional Spanish accents that are like none in the rest of the Spanish speaking countries. Each one has their own accent as different to the ears as UK's is to American south or Australian accents.
Reason being is since the 50's or 60's Mexican TV also controls the monopoly on translating TV shows later sold to other Spanish speaking countries.

Still, interesting to hear Spanish royals in other Spanish accents, imagine the Netflix series The Queen but all with Tennesse Southern English accents and you get my reaction
