Lovely woman. I admire her so much. :heartflower::twohearts:

Last week the court listend the queen for "concert for World Childhood Foundation" in Sao Paulo/Brasil on 20th October 2015.
But I don't found information or pics from this event.
The royal couple hasn't this and next week no official events. Are they in holiday, perhaps in Brasil?

Yes, the event was at the calendar for some time and then it was taken away. I also thought that the king and queen have gone for a holiday, maybe to Brazil, or maybe Thailand, where they also enjoy spending their holidays. Next week is the common autumn holiday week in Sweden.

The Swedish paper Expressen now quote Queen Silvia for coming up with a third explanation as to why Victoria didn't attend the event: Drottning Silvias vädjan till Sofia och kronprinsessan Victoria | Nyheter | Expressen

Queen Silvia has urged her daughters-in-law to be careful in regards to their pregnancies and not risk their child.

As such it was because it was too crowded, so Victoria opted to stay away in order not risk her child.

Now, I'm completely confused!

- I thought one of the cardinal rules regarding statements, is that you agree on what you want to say and then stick to it.
And if it happens the first statement is "wrong" and needs to be corrected, then you stick to the second statement.

I'm beginning to have a feeling that the main problem isn't the PR-department, but the SRF themselves.
Even the best PR-department in the world is useless if it's ignored.

ADDED: I've been told this old news, so you can ignore it and the mods can delete this as irrelevant as you see fit.

Parts from the queen's speech yesterday (the speech was in english), she told among other things why she founded World Childhood Foundation and what WCF does for victims of trafficking:
Last April I had the honour of attending a seminar in the Vatican as one of His Holiness Pope Francis’ priorities is to combat human trafficking and in particular how to safeguard the rights of child victims of trafficking.
In his message on The World Day of Peace His Holiness said regarding trafficking: "We ought to recognize that we are facing a global phenomenon which exceeds the competence of any community or country. In order to eliminate it, we need a mobilization comparable in size to that of the phenomenon itself."
One of the reasons why I founded World Childhood Foundation 17 years ago was to prevent trafficking through support to vulnerable families and children. Childhood works to stop abuse and exploitation of children. Our work concentrates on supporting children most at risk – children on the street; children in vulnerable families; children in institutions and children who are victims of abuse. These groups are more at risk; their social and economic exposure and lack of protective adults in their lives make them potential targets for trafficking.
Trafficking is a transnational crime and in order to counter it we need to cooperate on an international level. Right now, in Europe and also on our own doorstep here in Sweden the situation of unaccompanied refugee children is alarming. Many of these vulnerable children totally lack protective social networks and are therefore at risk of exploitation and trafficking. By our long term partner Barnrättsbyrån some of these children are supported in all their rights.
