Marvelous photos. It´s great to see a royal family support their athletes so much. Have to agree about that white sheath. And Christian is indeed a brave man. But he deserves some hiliarity as well. He has done well at these Games.

ohh...so cute pics...so lovely...love the way they really make it obvious to everybody that they are a married couple! LOVING EACHOTHER<3...and that they are a family as well (thinking of the pics that are also showing prince Carl Philip!)

That was the show jumping yesterday. The authorities did not exactly come up with the most recent of accreditation photos for the King and Queen! :)

Carl Philip, all members of the rf acyually, wears eyeglasses to improve their sight

HI Gita! No not yet, Im going back this wednesday. It feels a bit strange. I´ve been on holiday for three months now :)

Yes, both Silvia and the King wears glasses. The King uses them all the time but Silvia only wears them sometimes... mostly in private I think

Time flies and another Summer Olympics is already over :( Well, that's life, and now life for our Olympic royals go back to normal and soon we'll see them attending a bunch of other events! But I can't help but to already wish that Beijing wasn't so far off in the future :p ...

Thanks GrandDuchess for the link, i missed it when it was originally aired. The king turns in to a completely different person in these kind of intervjues compared to the ones he gives around christmas for ex. It is fun to see and i wished that he could be this relaxed more often, but Victoria will be different she handels the media and intervjues much better, so will just have to wait i suppose.

If you go to the Royal Chit Chat forum there is already a thread on the Paralympics and I have posted a picture of the opening ceremonies with some royal guests present, including Queen Silvia.
