The Queen and Dona Letizia, in El Rastrillo

In its final straight line - itconcludes tomorrow-, the Rastrilloof New Future received yesterday the intimate visit of the Queen Dona Sofía, who, public inspector to her appointment of every year, came to the fairground enclosure of the Field house accompanied by the Princess of Asturias. This one was the Dona Letizia's first public appearance, after promising to be that the baby who waits for the next May will be a girl. Dressed in white shirt, skirt and free jacket, with bow ciñéndole the waist, the Princess stopped smiling not even a moment.

The persons who in these moments were in the Rake were not going out from amazement to notice of the presence of Dona Sofía and Dona Letizia. They all wanted to approach both, who with a great smile were trying to correspond to the fondness that the people were showing them.

The Queen and the Princess of Asturias, accompanied by the Infanta Dona Pilar, chairwoman of New Future honor of the Foundation, walked snooping round all the places. The complicity between three ladies of the Spanish Royal Family, their sharm and, especially, their solidarity they marked their visit to the charitable street market. In the "stand" of the Foundation Father Garralda, the Princess of Asturias was given a flirt cestita wicker. Dona Letizia showed, obviously, a special interest for the baby's clothes. Besides, she received several gifts for the Infanta Leonor, between them a doll dressed in a beautiful skirt. After two hours of tour - to the edge of the three of the evening-, Dona Letizia, who in all this time did not show any weariness, gave for the visit concluded. Her Majesty the Queen accompanied her up to the door, where they said goodbye with an affectionate embrace. On her part, the Queen had lunch in the Corner of the Gourmet and in the evening she continued with the buys.

Also we could see Laura Ponte, daughter-in-law of the Infanta Dona Pilar, and to Maria Ángeles Sanz, mother of Rafi Camino in the "Venta" of the Bull.

As an american I also see nothing wrong with her ineraction with people.
I also know people who touch and lean in when they talk to you it just makes it more personal.

I really love all these photos, the Princess and the Queen are very relaxed and smiling and Letizia is absolutely beautiful.
I have to say that in contrast with other people i like the stockings Letizia wore in "el rastrillo"...I think that it give a sophisticated and original point to a simple but elegant suit, and I think that this combination is perfect.

Totally right, your words are the good one for describe the outfit of the Princess, yesterday afternoon:flowers:

Here another article about the visit, it is very long, so I will try to summarize the principal thing. There are some nice anecdotes of buys and gifts.

http://www.larazon.es/noticias/noti_viv31675.htm

"Dona Letizia was getting lost between the clothes of Macarena Ibarra and she fell down in the temptation of taking to a minuscule pink and white jacket and a white shawl of beak done to hand for the baby who waits."

" Though, for details, which had Maria Antonia Morales, who coincided with the Princess with the stand of Jordan and gave her the water flask of the Jordan that she had bought for her grandson, " but I go for other one, eh! I would delight that was baptizing the girl with it. It would do a lot of illusion to myself ", she appeared. "

" Curiosity Shop, place in that Maria still was laughing blushed because Her Majesty had helped her to choose a ring of rodio and crystal that Pilar Pazos was selling "

" Between a rain of plaudits, they were approached by Mónica Arredondo and Susana Lominchar, who gave Dona Leonor " a few bracelets that narrate the story of " Snow White ", " Three piglets " y " The Cinderella " "

" The Princess of Asturias ran up with her maximum weakness, the children. I joust to her side, Eva Acebedo was giving the baby bottle to her daughter Paula of one month, so she interchanged with her mother infantile opinions while the Princess was wasting all kinds of caresses to the baby. "

"And of the Embassy of Peru also they took to themselves to house a recollection, because the wife of the ambassador, Sara of Perez, gave them a Manuelito, that is to say, " a child Jesus of wood bathed with a cap of wax to the oven and painted to hand ", she explains. Besides, they gave an altarpiece to Dona Leonor with a small typical Christmas crib of the land and her mother bought her a jersey of wool arpillado to hand for Maria Isabel Cohi."

thanks for the photo links. both ladies look beautiful i especially love the queens scarf and outfit, very modern but classy. the princess looks lovely all glowing, enjoy them together interacting with people. like the hose, thank goodness she has the legs to wear that pattern.

Thanks for the pics, it's great to see the queen and the princess together, it seems they enjoyed the visit.

I just love the relationship between these two women. They always seem to enjoy each others' company. It reminds me of the relationship between Maxima and Beatrix as well.

Both ladies look very elegant and so relaxed in each others company!

Thank you so much for the photos!! They are gorgeous! :flowers:

I have to say i don't like very much Letizia's clothes, but i've seen worst clothes (not on her) ;)

Thank you so much for these pictures Lula. I've never seen pictures of Letizia en Pilar being so close. They're great. I love the way Letizia is supporting Pilar's arm. They look very close, I didn't know they had a good relationship. Letizia looks just amazing :flowers:

Thanks a lot Lula for the last Londonfeature' s pics.

The Princess of Asturias looks really great. This pics with the Infanta Pilar, the "grumpy" aunt how she is speaking about herself, are very sympathetic.

Letizia looks quiet a little girl at the arm of the Infanta. Now I think that the facts are very clear, Letizia belongs totally to all the Royal Family whithout reserve.

I always love those "girls- having-fun" events, very natural and spontanious !

Letizia seems much better, I hope she passed the most physicly ennoying level of her pregnancy !

But, I just hate what she wears !!! Why not have the same pink col-roulé, adding a more modern and younger touch, in stead of that bland, boring white line  ! A big big big "NO" from me !

thanks for all the pics letizia looks great to me

I think Princess Letizia looks very happy but her clothes IMO are not the best.

THanks so much for these wonderful pictures. The children look so wonderful, I love the way they are cheering for the goals. It's clear how close Juan and Froilan are, and how close Juan is with his father. By the way, does anyone know why Miguel wasn't here?
