HRH Prince de Asturias has presided over in Barcelona the inauguration of the V Conference of presidents of Euromediterráneos Parliaments. Don Felipe in its words, emphasized that the process of Barcelona, initiate for ten years, "has been causing a productive debate in the three fundamental scopes that it covers this initiative: the politician and of security, economic and the financial one, and social and the cultural one ", and animated to the congressmen to continue working in the development in all his facets, and insisted, with respect to the terrorism, that the Process of Barcelona "can be, without a doubt, a suitable frame in which the international cooperation allows us to redouble efforts to do in front successfully to a so terrible threat".
