The Government has approved today the ascent of the prince Felipe de Borbón to lieutenant colonel, in the Armies of Earth and Air, and of captain of frigate, in the Navy.

The Ministers' Council has given green light to the Royal decree by which the Prince of Asturias is promoted to the employments of Lieutenant Colonel of the General Corp of the Army of Earth (Infantry), Captain of Frigate of the General Corp of the Navy and Lieutenant Colonel of the General Corp of the Army of the Air.

Wow, how big this photo could have been enlarged, in order to see the breathtaking details of the jewellery as well as the lovable star adornments on the blue romantic Deux-pièce.
 
i think they should have taken a seated photo instead. the height difference looks enormous.

Hallo Mari ! Your post seems to be a little cynical. The dress comes from another side of the world and has its right to reflect another style and taste and to be in its own way very glamorous. Kind regards.:)
 
Oh well to be honest I thought you were being sarcastic (I swear!) my mistake. I really didn't mean to be cynical, and I don't think It has anything to do with the other side of the world, you can find a suit like that everywhere. I just think it's horrible but that's just my humble opinion, and we all have the right to express ourselves. Sorry If I ofended you.
