Thank you for the pictures Lyonnaise! It's just me or the Brazilian sun seems to have brought some color to Letizia's face?

Thanks for the pics, AnnaR. You got to them before I did:)
Also, I agree she does look wonderful, not that she didn't before. But, like you said, there is indeed a "bit of color" to her face. She doesn't look tired or haggard instead more relaxed and happier.

I guess that this trip was good to her. A little sun and fun. I also think that, due to the Brazilian's fame of "informal", she got the chance to relax a little bit during her period in Brazil. She doesn't seem "tense" anymore.

Yes, I agree. I just feel pity for them having to come back to this freezing, after enjoying such marvellous sun
I wish they won't have a cold, after this shock of temperatures!
By the way, this woman definitely has good taste for shoes...

About yesterday:
http://www.los-portales.com/portal/n...04&hora=145440
The Princes of Asturias, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia, visited today the Institute of Security Studies (ISES) (which will become the future Police Academy) and inaugurated the two new shooting galleries, that counts with 24 shoot positions (20 fixed positions and 4 folding ones).
The president of the Community of Madrid, Esperanza Aguirre, the vice-president second and advisor of Justice and Interior affairs, Alfredo Prada, and the Secretary of State of Security, Antonio Camacho, accompanied T.R.H., during the route to the facilities located in the highway of Colmenar Viejo.
The Princes started visiting the assembly hall, where they met a great representation of 939 students belonging to 41 city councils of the region and who are recieving formations, in order to integrate the local police; 570 of them belong to the Security Project of the Community of Madrid.
Aguirre began her discourse thanking Don Felipe and Doña Letizia for their presence and emphasized that the citizen security "is a indispensable guarantee, so that citizens can exert their freedom". In this sense, she very specially emphasized the role of security forces and the Local Police in particular.
The autonomic president said that the Security Project "is a clear example of how the Community of Madrid collaborates for the security of the region, through giving formation to the agents in this institute, equipped with the best possible conditions" and that it will soon become the future PoliceAcademy.
"If we believe in security it’s because we love freedom and, to protect it, we have to arrange it with all our persistence, our effort, and all means", asserted Aguirre.
On the other hand, the advisor for Justice and Interior affairs emphasized the "implication of the Royal Family" in the subjects who "worry" the citizens, as the subjects of delinquency, and added that the security "is the most important premise, to obtain an optimal quality of life". Thus, he alluded to the Project of Security "that enjoys good health and is giving very positive results". Prada remembered that the project implies the incorporation of 3000 agents of the National Police and the Civil Guard, as well as 2500 agents from the Local Police. He also said that the budget in security for this year will be of 156 million euros, 50 of which are destined to materials and humans.
The advisor emphasized that, it’s for the interest of the regional Government and of Princes (in their quality of "neighbors"), that the Community of Madrid is "safer, more prosperous and freer": "You may be certain that the Government of Esperanza Aguirre will make this city (Madrid) and this Community a safer place to live". Once he concluded his words, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia continued their visit and attended a class of Police Defence, where three teachers showed different exercises, which will allow to reduce the "delinquent assumptions" and to immobilize them.
Later, they went to a theoretical class, where the future policemen received information on the risks of leading under the effects of alcohol, although the explanations of the teacher became paralyzed, before the arrival of the Princes, who were interested in the number of students who studied there.
The president of the Community was the one in charge "to break the ice", asking what classes had they received today, and a student responded that the last class was yesterday and it was about road security. Doña Letizia also asked if the almost 1000 students who study in the institute are all together in any of the classes.
The Princess was also interested in the age of the students, who prepare themselves to be Local policemen, to what they responded all of them were between 21 and 29 years old. In the middle of laughter, the Prince told her: "You no longer have age to study here". Finally, the Princes inaugurated the two new shooting galleries that started to be constructed last July and have implied an investment of 1,5 million euros. The facilities consist of two shooting galleries with 24 positions, a merry-go-round for specialized shot, and an equipment of laser shot, for basic and specialized formation, two control rooms of shot, chamber covered with armour, for 200 arms and more than 200000 cartridges of storage.
During the last months, the capital has been visited by the Princes. Thus, last September, they visited the headquarters of the Emergencies 112, and they visited as well, at the beginning of this year, the metro extension of line one. Recently, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia were present at the inauguration of the Palace of Sports.

Love Letizia's funky orange shoes! Not quite sure that they go with this outfit (though her tweed suit may have orange in it but I just can't see in these pictures) but they are terrific!
