Felipe and Letizia arrived in the province of Extremadura today and will be there through Saturday. Tonight there is some sort of dinner and then they will be taking part in a conference on Humanity and Cultural Patrimony. Thought I'd let the great photo posters know in case you were not aware of it because it's not on the Casa Real website yet. Happy picture hunting.

For those who read Spanish, here's a summary: http://www.europapress.es/europa2003...&tabID=1&ch=66

Hello Dina, you should be able to find old photos in Letizia's previous threads - check the 'archive' (the bottom of the home page - on the right)...Good luck! :)

According to Extramadura's edition of el periodico, thousands of people came out to greet Felipe and Letizia last night, despite a bitterly cold evening. The conference they are attending is in a small town in Extremadura--one of the least populated regions in Spain--for two 1/2 days, but only tomorrow are their activities "official".

Reporters of course took the news of Cristina's expectatancy as an opportunity to ask Letizia when she and her husband might be expecting. Apparently she just smiled and said "todo llega" (everything arrives).

I just really wish that all the websites of the Royal Families of any country especially in Europe would have their websites always updated and at the same time it would have the Calendar of Activities for their royals.

I think that all people should be informed about their future engagements or tasks.

I guess for security reasons, they do not post the calendar

Funny! Last week is an odd week in Spain--there are two national holidays two days apart (The day of the constitution and the feast of the imaculate conception) so not much happens--people take what they call a "bridge" holiday and many people were on holiday through wednesday.

Apparently they did not venture out of the monestary grounds (where the conference was held) much during there two 1/2 days in Extremadura because their were lots of paparrazzi hanging out in hopes of catching images of a "spontaneous evening walk" through the villages small streets. But they did take the time to greet the people who awaited their enterance and exit. Or so I read.

I don't know about there Monday schedule, but on Tuesday they will be in Valencia. They will visit the offices of Las Provincias newspaper and they will hand out the Rey Jaime 1 awards. I think later in the week they are in the south, in Granada, for a literary award.

Is it just me or does it seem like there are lots and lots of awards given out in Spain this time of year?

Red face

I don't know if any of you has my problem??

I see all these ladies of Royality,,and then I start to think...well I can make my hair like Letizia, since I'm so slim I can adopt her clothing style...the eyeborws of Queen Rania...i can give a lot of examples...somthing from Assma, other from Noor Hamzah....

I go for shopping and all what i want is to buy things like these ladies (ofcourse not the expensive ones)...what I can afford is Zara, H&M and Mango....I look and look and at then I buy new jeans and some classicla tops....I don't change anything in my style nor the outfit. I want to change not for people but only for myslef ,,but I don't know how to start.

Is it only me or anyone else having this problem?
