- 11.30 hours: The Princes of Asturias realize the delivery of roya offices.
The Minister of Defense, is present at the act.
In the General Academy of the Air.
This mean that they just couldnt make it to go to Luxembourg. Maybe some light health condition or schedule problems in the last moment. Remember they went to the lunch with the philipine president. What is nice is to see how Elena and her husband were there ready to help them. In the past i didnt pay much attention to Elena, but day by day im starting to think that she is really a jewel of the crown.

I agree wiith you, Ariel, Elena is really jewel in the crown, I always liked her very much. The SRF is very gifted with Royal ladies. Both Infantas are absolutely great and Princess Letizia fitted in perfectly, not speaking of Queen Sofia, who is just marvellous.

If you notice the top of the page, it says: "Agenda informativa de Europa Press para el 3 de julio ( 1 ) "

Means that those acts posted by lula are in their agenda for tomorrow, July 3rd, nothing to do with yesterday.

Yes ive noticed that, what i meant is that if they can go on with their normal agenda tomorrow, means that there is not a major issue that has caused their absense in yesterday dinner. Whatever it was, just affected their plans for yesterday.

Well, was a pity not to see them yesterday, but we'll have plenty more ocasions :) Something happened yes, but let´s hope that wasn't nothing serious and that we will see them tomorrow because that is what realy matters!

Letizia chats with the journalists during the appetizer

That of yesterday was the second visit of the princess Letizia to the General Academy of the Air. The first occasion was in 2004, when she accompanied her husband on this traditional ceremony of delivery of offices presided normally by some member of the royal house. Last year, he was the king the manager of inspecting to the troops and of presiding at the acts of honoring to the fallen.

Since already it is habitual, the Princess proved to be very near with all the attendees to the ceremony, so much soldiers, relatives and friends of these as journalists.

During the wine that the Army of the Air offered on having concluded the official acts, Letizia greeted the professionals of the mass media who came to cover the visit, being interested for their current situation and chatting friendly with several about them.

Leticia there greeted specially Santiago Sanchez, journalist who was a companion of studies of the princess, and to Belen Pardo, the corresponsal of Cataluya's Newspaper that has published recently the book ' A region in the life of the Prince of Asturias ', that Felipe dedicated her.

Dona Letizia: " The Infanta Leonor does not give a bad night "

As inexperienced couple, they could not stop speaking on their daughter. And as young couple, they left to see their complicity and, more relaxed that in their previous visit, they did not stop reporting between the two at all time that left the military protocol. Even in the wait of the air and terrestrial parade, which reaches the delivery of Offices, dona Letizia re-placed to the Prince the band of Great Cross of the Aeronautical Merit in a spontaneous gesture, while alone they were chatting inspired. Nothing was mattering that behind they were waiting for the maximum authorities of the Army and of the Defense, as the minister, Jose Antonio Alonso and the chief of the General Staff of Defense, Félix Sanz Roldán.

The Princess of Asturias chose for the act in San Javier, always warmly, a white jacket penetrated on a lack of sedates in gray tones, which she combined with a small white purse and a sandals in color beige. She did not give rest to a black fan, with which aireaba her lock, since the sun radiated strongly his any more powerful beams. Itdid not pass unnoticed that dona Letizia had familiarized herself already with the traditional meeting in July with San Javier's base, so she could live through it with fewer inflexibility than two years ago. She stopped to chat with the journalists and commented that the infanta Leonor " does not give a bad night ", before the questions of her exconmpanions-in-arms. The Prince Felipe was useful to greet to that they were his teachers and assistants in the base of La Ribera during the course 1987-88, as the major Carlos García Sanchez, to the one who remembered his training in the Academy.

Don Felipe did not go away with the empty hands. The journalist murciana Belen pardo delivered the book that she has elaborated on the visits of the Prince to the Region, of whom she commented on the photographies together with dona Letizia, who remembered the heat of her visit to Mule, when still she was pregnant. The high temperatures did not stop to stop the fans between the invited ones, which illuminated hats and summer shows for the occasion not also. More there suffered the president of the Federation of Peñas Huestanas, Antonio Avilés covered by the black traditional suit of velvet. Nobody wanted to change for the Queen of the Garden, decked with the regional suit either. There did not get away themselves from the heat the mayors of San Javier, Jose Hernández; Los Alcazares, Juan Escudero and of San Pedro del Pinatar, Pedro Jose Perez. Between the guests to the act, there were the director of La Verdad, Jose Maria Esteban and the rectors of the UMU, Jose Antonio Cobacho, and the UPCT, Félix Faura.

I just posted a thumbnail over on that photo/thread ... they were in attendance, as the photograph proves, so all the strange anger spilt out at them for their absence was nonsense.

You are right about their presence, there is a picture of the guests on the silver wedding thread and the Prince and Princess were there. For the moment the picture is very small, not much to see, but we'll see better ones for sure.

I have seen the Princess in TV, and she is beautiful today. She takes a beig garment with a brown belt and her hair this one gathered in a cue

Thank you for sharing lucys :).
