I thought Letizia handled herself beautifully on the video. If her legs are shown in close up -- I hope Felipe handles it as gallantly as Prince Charles did when Diana's legs were silhouetted through a flimsy skirt. Someone showed the prince the picture and asked for his comment and he said, "Damn fine legs!"

This kind of event it's calling a happening and can be avoid if the protocole is doing his job if I understood the explantions. But as it's impossible to have all under the control for this kind of circonstances I fear that Letizia must be waiting to enconter some else events like those. I the reason why we have not to call Letzia "poor"; it's the risks of the job (!!!!) and she knows that.

Their Royal Highnesses the Princes of Asturias have presided at the Municipal Plenary session in commemoration of 300 Anniversary of the Foundation of San Roque's City, which has been celebrated in the Municipal Theatre "Juan Luis Galiardo" of San Roque (Cadiz).

At his their arrival, Their Royal Highnesses the Princes of Asturias, were got by the president of the Meeting of Andalusia, Manuel Chaves; the delegate of the Government in Andalusia, Juan Jose Lopez Garzón; the mayor of San Roque, Jose Vázquez; and the Municipal Corporation.

Immediately afterwards(Continuously) to the intervention of the president of the Meeting of Andalusia, Manuel Chaves, Don Felipe declared a few words in which he remembered that San Roque was born of a " painful event ", now dependent on negotiation " in order that ithe finishes this anachronistic situation ", in reference to the capture of Gibraltar in 1704 for the Britishers, and assured that San Roque " is an extraordinary example in the defense of the freedom, loyalty, dignity and identity of all the Spanish ", of whom, removed from his homes , " they could display deep loyalty Spain ".

Later, the secretary general of the Town hall read the record of grant of awards, in which the Foundation " The Miraculous one " has been distinguished by the Golden medal of the City and the singer Verónica Rojas as Sanroqueña of the Year.

May be ... and so what ! It's the proof that she is wearing one....We have to be so frustrated to pass more time than necessary of this "state affair"!

I'm not sure that Queen Paola hasen't not finish her psychoanalysis after to have hers skirt totaly pick up during a military parad.....:p

I have an idea toput ending at this tragic skirt flying.

1. to shoot all the members of the protocole who have been lacking in forsight.
2. to put every body who have see the scene eyes out.
3. to forbid all the newspapers, videos, fotos and tv about this "state affair";

May be like that nobody will be able to speak about that, but I'm not sur it's a good solution, isen't it ?
