The King will be present at a presentation of the Cup in Madrid

The Government, across the office of the Commissioner for the American Cup that Ricard Perez Casado directs, has organized for May a promotional presentation of the event in the headquarters of the Department of Promotion at which the king will be present. Don Juan Carlos will intervene on May 9 in the closing of this promotional act, which will last three days and to the one that also is foreseen the assistance of the president Jose Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. The assistance of the king, who will preside at a " brief and solemn " act, demonstrates once again the support of the monarch, carried away of the nautical sports, to the American Cup.
