The funny thing is that Prince Ernst-August is first cousin of Queen Sofia (Queen Federika and PCS ERnst's father were siblings)!

Not certain but about 5 feet seven for Princess Caro and possibly a bit taller for the Queen by a miniscule.Caro does speak Spanish from what I understand - she has linguistic talents above and beyond and it would be wonderful to hear her give a speech in that language one day.
The Queen is ever the most gracious of royals.

well i hazard a guess this could well be pss marie-louise of prussia, countess von schonburg-glauchau, the daughter of prince wilhelm victor, a grandson of wilhelm II of germany..... as this is the only pss of that name i know of in the german royal family !! :flowers:

His Majesty the King will not travel to Barcelona this afternoon, suffering a slight indisposition, said sources of La Zarzuela Palace. Don Juan Carlos was scheduled to attend, with the Queen, the opera "Il Trovatore" to mark the tenth anniversary of the reconstruction of the Gran Teatro del Liceo and the opening of the season. Queen Sofia will attend the event.
