THR The Princes of Asturias have attended the Misa del Peregrino (Mass of the Pilgrim), conducted by the Archbishop of Santiago, Julián Barrio. Together with thousands of pilgrims from all around Spain and from several other countries, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia later fulfilled the tradition of hugging the saint.

THR The Princes of Asturias have visited two exhibitions at the Museum Foundation named after the surrealist (?) artists Eugenio Granell, named"La imagen de la Mujer" (The image of the woman) and "Máscaras" (Masks). At the end, the princes had lunch with the President of the la Xunta de Galicia, Don Manuel Fraga Iribarne, the government commisioner, Manuel Almeijeiras and with the Mayor of Santiago, Xosé Antonio Sánchez Bugallo.
