Here it is :flowers:

The photo was only retweeted by the person you‘ve mentioned, it was originally shared by Patrick Lally „Government affairs specialist working for Governor Hogan“ in Washington DC, writing on July 4:
„This 4th, we were honored at Mass with descendants of Bl. Karl of Austria, whose relics & shrine are here. Archduke Imre, his great-grandson, & Archduchess Kathleen were wed here. They brought their 4 beautiful daughters“

Thank you sooo much iceflower!?
I just noticed that Cecilia IMO looks much younger than 6 months. So the photo might be from around April or so.
Pity we don' t see Juliana' s face. In the one photo of Gabriella' s wedding she's carried as well.Hopefully she is o.k

You are most welcome! :flowers: Judging from the text and the surroundings on the photo I actually think it was indeed taken on July 4, not earlier at another ocassion. To me the baby does look like 6 months and I doubt Patrick Lally would have shared a random photo to illustrate the message, but howsoever: it's great to have a new photo and thank you for the search request! :flowers:

Prince Henri of Bourbon-Parma and Archduchess Gabriella of Austria, Princess of Bourbon-Parma, were parents for the second time to a little girl, whom they named Anastasia.

It seems the writer of CoutureRoyals does not know which title of pretension (if any) Gabriella chooses to use. Is there anybody who would know? (My guess would be Princess Gabriella of Bourbon-Parma.)

For the 100th anniversary of Grand Duke Jean's birth, the Grand-Ducal Court of Luxembourg mentions her under the name HIRH Archduchess Gabriella of Austria, though I don't know whether the Court asked Gabriella how she wished to be referred to, and it has made mistakes before.

The Court now uses HRH Princess for Gabriella's daughter Victoria de Bourbon Parme. Prior to her parents' marriage, it did not use a title when referring to Victoria.

Meeuwissen is a very Limbourgian name, in both Dutch and Belgian Limbourg. I will see that profile.

Update: yes, the father is French, the mother is Dutch, Natascha is Swiss, Igor is Dutch and Ivana is Swiss:

See:

Personne(s) inscrite(s):

Roumiantzeff-Pachkevitch, Nicolas, dit Roumiantzoff,
citoyen français,
à Chesières (Ollon),

Meeuwissen épouse Roumiantzeff-Pachkevitch, Maria, dite Roumiantzoff,
citoyenne néerlandaise,
à Chesières (Ollon),

Roumiantzeff-Pachkevitch, Natacha, dite Roumiantzoff,
à Chesières (Ollon),

Roumiantzeff-Pachkevitch, Igor, dit Roumiantzoff,
citoyen néerlandais,
à Chesières (Ollon),

Roumiantzeff-Pachkevitch, Ivana, dite Roumiantzoff,
à Chesières (Ollon).

Interesting. I wonder whether they might have double nationality of were naturalized - especially since Igor (is that her brother?) has the Dutch nationality. In the Netherlands (and Switzerland as well), nationality is passed down based in the bloodline, so if one of the children is Dutch I would assume the others are as well... However, Natacha and Ivana might have applied for Swiss citizenship at some point - because they cannot have been Swiss from birth as neither of their parents seem to hold Swiss nationality.
