Leonor's less active than the usual. She also seems afraid to touch the dolphin unlike their other trip to Fauna Zoo, she's more active then but nevertheless, she's too cute for words...

poor leonor, it must have been really frightening for her to see herself standing next to an animal that doubles her in size! no wonder she didn't seem too keen to touch it.

Haha, she kind of reminded me of myself at her age. My parents thought it would be nice to go to a children's farm and get me to touch a baby cow and take a picture of it. I did exactly what Leonor did, no way on earth was I going to touch it. Just wait a few years, then she'll probably be as keen on touching at as her cousins were.

I have seen the images of the dinner in the Prado Museum in the television. The Queen Sofia repeats the dress blue and black of Oscar de la Renta that dressed in New York two years ago, the Princess a new black dress.

Oh, can't wait for the pictures then! So this is a "long dresses" event, isn't it? That blue and black gown was one of the best garmets I have seen on Sofia in recent years, very simple and elegant and yet wonderful.

Los Reyes y los Príncipes de Asturias presiden una cena de gala para celebrar la ampliación del Museo del Prado

The Kings and the Princes of Asturias preside at a dinner of show to celebrate the extension of the Prado Museum

The Kings accompanied by the Princes of Asturias presided this night in the Casón del Buen Retiro at a gala dinner to celebrate the inauguration of the extension of the Prado Museum, which official ceremony will take place tomorrow to midday. At the dinner there were present the prime minister, Jose Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, the minister of Culture, César Antonio Molina, the president of the Patronage, Plácido Arango and the director of the Prado Museum, Miguel Zugaza.

The rehabilitated Casón del Buen Retiro , which works of extension and restoration concluded last week, sheltered this dinner of show to which there came more than 500 guests between whom there were the directors of national and international museums, collectors, gallery owners, artists, architects, political representatives and out-standing figures of the managerial world.

With the exhibition ' The 19th century in the Prado' ', that includes almost a hundred of artists' works as Eduardo Rosales, the Madrazo, Fortuny or Sorolla, the national Art gallery inaugurates officially the extension of its facilities.

The black outfit of Letizia is OK, but very boring. A jacket with big shoulder pads, V-neck dress, Varela has ZERO creativity.
Again, the pictures from Terra are so low quality.

Now she's always gray or black, a decent outfit compared with some others but I don't like that dress cut, looks for a pregnant woman.

Gray and black are the two main colors of this fall/winter. Since Varela has limited client base, maybe these two colors are all he has right now .

I agree with you donna, Varela has ZERO creativity, sometimes his designs look taken straight from El Corte Inglés or so

I think Letizia should change and let Varela behind, there are some awesome spanish designers like Angel Schlesser, Miguel Palacio, Lorenzo Caprile, Jesús del Pozo, who can make her look very well dressed

I kinda like the hairdo, at least the bangs are away from her face and with this awful haircut she has, is the best that can be done

In general terms, she looks OK, not striking but not downright bad either, which is a great improvement for her

The Queen looks great. She is "royal", as always.
Letizia looks nice though I don't like the dress, the v neck and the impero style. I agree with you Crisinaki, she should change stylist.
Her hairdo is perfect, she looks by far better.
Felipe looks great!

Letizia looks so elegant, but too dark for my taste. Her hair: PERFECT!
Felipe, handsome as always.. And the Queen.. she always looks perfect but i'm not sure about her outfit this time, of course she looks elegant as always.

Queen Sofia looks stunning! Letizia's dress would be better if it wasn't too dark. Makes her look skinnier. She needs to wear bright colors.
