The two little Princesses look absolutely adorable. I think their mother could have dressed a bit more appropriately for an Easter Sunday Mass. Why does she always have one of those oversized scarves around her neck? Sadly, Letizia has had very few good fashion moments since Frederik and Mary's wedding.

The girls look so adorable. And I love to see them with their grandmother. You can tell that all the Queen's grandchildren have their own special place in her heart. Wonderful to see.

Why couldn't she dress up for Easter? What a let down.

I agree. I remember that Letizia was similarly dressed last year and thinking the same thing. It just seems strange to me for a royal princess to wear a pants outfit to Easter Sunday Mass.

Letizia stopped wearing a skirt 2 years ago, since then she has been dressing rather informally. That's about the only event she dressed so different from her very formal parents-in-law when she was with them, usually she dressed up for the occasions with her in-laws.
Her sisters-in-law occasionally wore pants before, many people inside the church didn't dress formally either, however since she is a royal, was with her in-laws who look very formal, she should dress like them instead. She wanted to follow the exemplary example of her mom-in-law, she should start with the clothes first .

I really like how the little infantas are matched to the same color (different shade) to queen Sofia.
Thanks for the great pictures.

The two Infantitas very cute in their dark rose coats. Little Sofia a bit overwqhelmed by the occasion, but it´s understandable at her age.
I agree qwith you guys, Letizia´s outfit was totally innapropriate for the occasion.

I understand your concerns regarding Letizias outfit, she could have done much better, I agree..... but on the other hand: it seems, the weather was extremly wet and cold.... and aren´t there rumors, that she may be pregnant again, so she may have decided to have the "warm" dress option not to get a flu and she also may need the scarf to hide -- äh -- something

Being cold won't make someone develop the flu And if there are rumors about that why is she wearing those shoes? Wouldn't she be afraid she would take a wrong step and fall?

Lovely pictures, thanks for posting! Since I've seen the girls the last time, they seem to have grown from toddlers into little girls - especially Leonor! From the pictures, it's very easy to see what lovely women the two of them will become when they grow up! I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but Sofia will be tall! She's almost as tall as her sister already! (Maybe it's just the angle?)
And, to me, it looks like little Sofia doesn't like the cameras and posing for them at all! Very understandable, too! Leonor, in that matter, already seems very "business-like" and dutiful! Reminds me of Crown Princess Victoria, who, even as a child, had the look of a future queen to her!

Leonor is 4 1/2, had her family gone skiiing last year (we don't know where they went last Easter break), she could have started her first lesson. I remember Irene had her lessons after Christmas 2008 when she was about 3 1/2.
