Yes, but it's trademark's bag for well know children chocolate + gadget: Kinder Surprise.... we can suppose that with all her grand sons in Madrid and in Barcelone the Queen can have a lot of bags of Kinder, you know

Thats so sweet the Queen always looks so happy when going somewhere with her grandchildren involved. Is that outside Christina's house? It looks like a prison with the grey walls

The King Juan Carlos comes this night to the Show of the Prizes Laureus in Barcelona, it is supposed that how last year the Dukes of Palm will accompany him.

The King jokes with the photographers about their watch outside the Ruber clinic

After the photo session (during the luncheon for representatives of the world of arts/humanities, held at the Royal Palace for the occasion of Monday's delivery of the Premio Cervantes), Don Juan Carlos who was smiling and joking with the photographers told them to hurry back to the clinic because they might not get there on time.

In addition, at the beginning of his speech/toast, the Monarch mentioned that it's just him, the Queen, and the Prince who were present, because others, “by reasons which we all know, have not been able to come”, in clear reference to Doña Letizia who is with the habitual discomforts of a woman who's at the last term of her pregnancy.
