It is an event that covers in Madrid the hollow of before Christmas. In spite of the years one renews and supports a young spirit. It is not strange, they asked the Infanta Pilar to about the news, in this Monday act, not today, if you notice she dresses the same clothes; and the news of which she would be a girl was given by the Royal House on the same Monday at 9 p.m..
The Infanta Pilar always is like that with the press, since they did a trap to her when there took place the engagement of the Infanta Cristina (the press made her believe that the news already had been confirmed when it it had not been), avoids to speak about the Royal Family, not to fall down in the traps of the press.
Probably, it is precisely now when the Infanta Pilar is more informed about the life, in this case, of the Princes; because Beltrán and Laura are living in her house.

The newest edition of the magazine Pronto has Infanta Pilar on the cover, with this strange headline: "I'm against the changes on the succession law".
Can any of the members who bought the magazine tell us more of what she actually said?

I never buy this magazine, so not. It is an a bit yellow magazine, personally I do not give it many credibility.
But there seems to me to be very strange, that has said something like that, something that goes in opposition to the Royal House, the Government and of the opinion of the majority of the Spanish. She is in the habit of being a discreet person, who does not do many declarations to the press. There would be necessary to know what type of question the press did, and which was the response.

Well, I read the magazine and infanta Pilar doesn't say openly she's against the law change, but she says that Monarchy is essentially a tradition, and traditions must be kept as much as possible.
She also says she is the eldest sister of the King but she never thought of being Queen just because she was older than him.

That's what I imagined... it would be very imprudent of her to say such a thing.
Thanks for the clarification, Saturn.
BTW, have I ever said how much I hate yellow press?

I do not believe that to discriminate against the women, for the fact of it being, it is a tradition ... it is a discrimination. I do not believe that it is a "tradition", to think that a man for being a man, belongs superior to a woman.

Today, it's so obvious that any authorised newspapers or , more generally speaking, writers and poltic theoricians or so on thinkers are telling the opposite.
