Prince Michel of Ligne and Princess Eleonora of Orléans-Bragança - 10 March 1981

On March 10, 1981, Princess Eléonore of Orléans-Bragança married Prince Michel of Ligne in the Church of Our Lady of the Glory of Outeiro in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil: Eléonore d'Orléans-Bragance et Michel de Ligne (with thanks to Régine Salens and José of Noblesse et Royautés for the photos).

Princess Eléonore is the daughter of Prince Pedro Henrique of Orléans e Bragança and of Princess Maria Elisabeth of Bavaria. Prince Michel is the eldest son of Prince Antoine of Ligne and of Princess Alix of Luxembourg. Michel is the 14th Prince of Ligne and current head of this Belgian princely house. The couple has two children:
