Crown Prince Alexander of Yugoslavia (*1945) married Princess Maria da Glória de Orleães e Bragança (*1946), on July 1st, 1972, in Villamanrique de la Condesa (near Seville, Spain).

The couple had three sons (Hereditary Prince Peter and twins Philip and Alexander), but the marriage ended in divorced, in 1985.

The groom is the only child of Yugoslavia's last king, Peter II, and of his wife, Princess Alexandra of Greece and Denmark. By marrying a Roman Catholic, Alexander lost his place in the succesion line to the British Throne.

The bride is the daughter of Prince Pedro Gastão de Orleães e Bragança (the head of the Petrópolis branch of the Brazilian Imperial House) and of Princess Maria Esperanza de Borbón Dos-Sicilias, what makes her cousin of King Juan Carlos of Spain.

Princess Maria Elisabetta Zellinger de Balkany (*1972) married the Belgian Olivier Janssens (*1964) on June 17th 2003, at the Gothic church of Saint Mesme (near Versailles), where the father of the bride owns a castle. The civil wedding took place in Chene-Bourg (near Genève), on October 31st 2002.

The bride is the only daughter of Princess Maria Gabriella di Savoia and of her former husband, Robert Zellinger de Balkany.

The couple lives in Thailand (where Oliver manages a famous Coffee Company) and has now two children: Gabriella Luisa (*2004) and Tommaso (*2006).

Count Bruno von Limburg-Stirum (*1966) married Countess Christine de Lannoy (*1967), on June 17th, 1995. The ceremony took place at the Chateau d’Huldenberg (Belgium).

The groom is a son of Count Evrad von Limburg-Stirum and of his wife, née Princess Hélène d’Orléans. The bride is a daughter of the late Count Albert de Lannoy and of his wife, née Chantal t'Serstevens.

The couple has now 4 children: Gaspard (*1996), Felix (*1998), Achille (*2001) and Rose (*2003).

Duchess Mathilde von Würtemberg (*1962) married Erbgraf Erich von Waldburg zu Zeil und Trauchburg (*1962), in 1988. The civil wedding took place in the Altshausen, on November 17th, while the religious ceremony happened on November 19th.

The bride is the eldest daughter of Duke Carl von Würtemberg and of his wife, née Princess Diane d'Orléans. The groom is the son of Princess Gabriele von Bayern and Fürst Georg von Waldburg zu Zeil und Trauchburg.

The couple has now 4 daughters: Marie-Thérèse (*1989), Marie Elisabeth (*1990), Marie Charlotte (*1992) and Marie Hélène (*1993).

Princess Vera von Hannover (*1976) married her longtime friend, Manuel Dmoch, in 2006. The romantic Evangelist ceremony took place on the mountains, in the cold, dry weather of the Steinlingkapelle and was followeed by a huge reception, offered to the guests from the high aristocracy.

The bride is a daughter of Prince Georg von Hannover (himself a first cousin of Prince Ernst-August) and Victoria Anne Bee.

Yes, that's it. Vera's granddmother is Princess Sophia von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, Princess of Greece and Denmark.

Wow, pretty bride and handsome groom! Liked her dress...very summer like. But for some reason her tiara looked strange on her head (to me anyways). As if it were placed too far back on her head...? But she still looked lovely!

Another wedding taking place on the caballistic date of 7/7/2007...

Countess Catherina Bernadotte af Wisborg(*1977) married Romuald Ruffing at the castle-church of Mainau, where the couple met for the first time.

The bride is the second daughter of the late Count Lennart Bernadotte (himself the son of Prince Vilhelm of Sweden and of his wife, née Grandduchess Maria Pavlovna of Russia) and of his second wife, née Sonja Haunz.

The 39-year-old groom is a marketing chef at Mainau.

The civil wedding also took place in the flower-island, on June 30th.
