I'm not sure about them, they could look good but somehow it just doesn't work for her :(

Oh, I see more pics were added since I posted the link! aving a better look, I don't like her gloves either. I think it's the length that is unflattering. Now that I can see the full gown, the sleeves aren't bad, but would look better without those gloves. Still, pretty bride and nice looking couple. Did I spot Amadeo de Belgique in a photo?

Crown Prince Alexander of Yugoslavia (*1945) married Princess Maria da Glória de Orleães e Bragança (*1946), on July 1st, 1972, in Villamanrique de la Condesa (near Seville, Spain).
The couple had three sons (Hereditary Prince Peter and twins Philip and Alexander), but the marriage ended in divorced, in 1985. The groom is the only child of Yugoslavia's last king, Peter II, and of his wife, Princess Alexandra of Greece and Denmark. By marrying a Roman Catholic, Alexander lost his place in the succesion line to the British Throne. The bride is the daughter of Prince Pedro Gastão de Orleães e Bragança (the head of the Petrópolis branch of the Brazilian Imperial House) and of Princess Maria Esperanza de Borbón Dos-Sicilias, what makes her cousin of King Juan Carlos of Spain. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...aGloriad-1.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b9...g?t=1176480634 Last edited by Elsa M.; 06-19-2007 at 07:16 PM. |

So, would Vera be the granddaughter of Sophie, the Duke of Edinburgh's sister?
