HRH and Miss Marinkovic will be married on October 7th, 2017 at St. Michael Archangel Cathedral in Belgrade

Looking forward this wedding and to see Maria da Gloria of Segorbe at the first place as Chantal of Hannovre and Hélène Vestur.

So far I have seen (unless I am completely wrong):

Queen Sofia of Spain
Queen Silvia of Sweden
CP Victoria of Sweden
HRH Prince Guillame and Princess Sybilla of Luxembourg

Anyone else?

Was Crown Princess Victoria a maid of honor? During the vows she was standing relatively close to the bride.

And helped the bride with her train.

From the Instagram of the Embassy of Sweden in Belgrade (4 photos)
"Today we have the honour of having HRH Crown Princess Victoria visiting Belgrade! She is attending (or more specifically she is the ”kuma” or matron of honour) at the marriage ceremony of HRH Prince Philip, son of HRH Crown Prince Alexander and Miss Danica Marinković! They just got married today (October 7th, 2017) at the Saborna church in Belgrade."

Crown prince Alexander and crown princess Katherine are close friends of king Carl Gustaf and queen Silvia.

She was there as the wedding witness along with Filip's brother Prince Petar.

It would also explain the short timeline; comparable to that of prince Jaime of Bourbon Parma and now princess Viktória; mid-summer announcement and early October wedding. They had their first born in february the next year.

Surprised not to see Princess Irene of Greece there with her sister Queen Sofia,no members of the Greek/Romanian RF present?

And their brother. I believe Constantine is godfather to Felip, along with Sofia and the Duchess of Calabria who are both in attendance.

I am afraid that Konstantinos' absence (as godfather) is due to his health; see also the trip to South Africa that showed his condition.

What i found surprising is that the bridal Couple arrived before the highest ranking guests and then had to wait before the Church door until they had arrvied and entered the Church and only then bride and groom, with their father /mother went in.

Greek royal house, King Constantine and Queen Anne Marie are in South Africa. From two years ago, he has not read the speeches, but he has traveled to SuthAfrica, and in the photos they have published he is with his wife planting a tree, and they see well with the students.Today the King and Queen are in south Africa. They can not be by it, Prince Nikolaos and Princess Tatiana were in Australia in an event of an organization of help to Greece. I am struck by the non-presence of the Crown Princess of Romania, and of the Crown Prince of Greece.

It was an extremely messy arrival. Father of the groom arrives with one of the two majesties in attendance. Groom arrives with crown princess (maid of honor), bride arrives with father, and maid of honor walks into the church. Stepmother arrives with her daughter (and stepson). Stepmother acknowlegdes the groom but not the bride. Everyone else (including brother c.q. best man) just walks by. Groom's mother arrives and they walk into the church together and finally prince Guillaume and princess Sybilla arrive - clearly in a hurry... I may have missed a few but it was a very strange arrival.

Yes ki noticed that too. And then the photgraphers alweays running in the Way. It seems that there is not much space outside the Church.

The space in front of the church is very narrow and just when u step outside there is traffic, so everything must be done very quickly because of the public traffic.

I would guess that in that case it would have been even more important to coordinate the arrival of the guests and bride and groom well. No reason for such a mess. Poor bride standing there un acknowledged (other than by her groom) while guests were still arriving.

Furthermore, the street was clearly cleared of non-wedding related traffic. So, it could have been done very orderly if planned better.

The photographers were also very prominent in the church itself. The family clearly has a few more things to learn about organizing royal weddings.

Would this be the 1st Royal Wedding to take place in Serbia of recent memory?

What a chaotic wedding! People moving everywhere and getting in the road. Phone cameras everywhere inside the church!

Is the bride a good friend of Crown Princess Victoria’s to have had her as the matron of honour?

Did the Wedding reception take place at the White Palace in Belgrade?

Based on the photo of Victoria with the Swedish ambassador at the palace after the ceremony, I'd say yes.

And yes according to royal musings, a reception will be held tonight at the palace.

Do Serbian royals not have any relationship with the other European royal families? Brits? Lux? Belgium? etc

They have close ties with British and Lux royals, but not so with Belgium ones.

I'm kinda surprised then, that none of the Brits or Lux royals attended.

The Spanish and Greeks certainly as seen at the wedding.

They also used to at least have a relationship with the British royals. They lived in London for many years. Elizabeth is godmother to Crown Prince Alexander, and I believe Anne is godmother to Peter. Prince Philip's niece Christina (the daughter of his sister Sophie) was married to Prince Andrew (younger brother of Peter II and Prince Tomislav). Philip was godfather to both children of this marriage, Christopher and Maria Tatiana.

We also see them commonly at Swedish events. And Victoria is maid of honor so obviously the bond goes stronger then the rare invitation.

Guillaume and Sibylla of Luxembourg were in attendance at the wedding.

Isabelle of Liechtenstein also attended. Though she is distantly related through the groom's mother.
