I have to agree. I was one of the posters who thought that Tessy was expecting at Guillaume's wedding but in these pictures she doesn't look pregnant at all.
On another note the bride children look really adorable does anyone know who they are?

There is one picture among the many of Tessy where she raises her arms and it pulls up her orange (beautiful) coat and she definitely looks pregnant here. That is the only pic where she definitely does. She is long waisted and could be five months pregnant without it showing much yet. It's an interesting guessing game; I'll bet she's about five months pregnant. But she's not at all "puffy" in face or ankles. She probably is one of those women who was born to bear children, and to look wonderful doing it.
Claire's dress is woefully short. I do not like that custom of wearing these thick black socks (which look like support hose) and a very short skirt. Her outfit would be lovely if a few inches longer.
Alexandra's dress is also way too short, and her hat is unbecoming.
Stephanie's dress was almost long enough but showed her knees and they are not perfect knees. Why are all of these women mesmerized into this shortness of skirt which is not flattering? Is some fashion maven in control of their destinies?
The groom's mother, Astrid, looked divine in her mother's powder blue suit. Simply divine!

I think at this point, Tessy's pregnancy can hardly be considered speculation.

I'm not sure about that as someone said earlier people had speculated Tessy was pregnant since Guillaume and Stephanie's wedding. If she was indeed pregnant, she would surely be showing more obviously by now.

The wedding was lovely. I liked the simplicity of Archduchess Adelaide's ensemble.
It was great to see Grand Ducal family and Archduchess Marie Christine with her family attending the wedding.

She looks quite heavily pregnant in this picture from Christoph and Adelaide's civil wedding.
Guillaume and Stephanie's wedding was 2 months ago and Tessy looks at least 5 months pregnant so those who spotted a bump back in October were probably correct.

Exactly! In the pictures at that wedding I would have put her as around 4/5 months so she couldn't still be at that stage now! I'm putting it down to bad posture!

Hmmmmm...okay. Yes, you are definitely right about that photo-maybe she is after all.

I agree with you- I can see a bump in that photo.

Tessy may be even more than five months pregnant if that picture you put up, Artemesia, tells the truth. Well, anyway, it becomes her!

I always thought that unless an official announcement is made, pregnancy speculation is not allowed on this forum.
I know it was strictly enforced in the British Royal Family threads.

Like most if not all aristocratic and Catholic Royal couples, the day that union is solemnized in Church is considered the "real" wedding date, therefore that is the day the anniversary is celebrated.

Adelaide's dress was nice, elegant and appropriate for a winter royal wedding. However, I think her sister-in-law Marie-Christine pulled off the fur cuffs and the antique veil a little better. Adelaide's sleeves seemed a bit long and the cuffs were swallowing her hands. I'm wondering if we'll see any pictures of the reception and thus, get a glimpse of the dress under the jacket.
In terms of guests, the shortness of Claire's dress didn't bother me as much (her legs were covered by tights) as the weirdly prominent zippers in the front of the dress. Kathleen looked nice in her coat but I'm not digging the hat. Her hairdo is nice but is too flat for the pillbox hats she's been wearing to weddings. Marie-Christine, unfortunately, found a poncho/cape that looks like a potato sack with fur trim. I'm hoping she's got a nicer outfit underneath.

Empress Rouge, when commenting about the shortness of Claire's dress, I didn't mean it was immodest. Yes, her legs were covered by thick tights. I was commenting on the ungracefulness of this pairing of short skirt and thick tights, which I think is not appropriate after the age of, say, 15.
My French teacher in college would agree the madamoiselles become old enough to dress like adult women at about that age. But of course we live in a strange time.

A small correction to what was probably an inadvertent mistake in your post: Adélaïde married Christoph, not Imre. But I'm sure you knew that!

Yes the crowds looked delightful and supportive, didn't they? I also love the fact that the bride and groom opened their ceremony to the citizens of Nancy.
The entire setting was very beautiful and had a fairy tale vibe to it, imo.
