On the 22nd September 2004 the wedding ball of duchess Elisabeth of Bavaria and Daniel Terberger took place at the Nymphenburg Schloss in München.
The couple will get married on 25th September 2004. Herzogin Elisabeth is the daughter of duke Max Emmanuel, duke in Bayern and his wife Elizabeth, countess Douglas. She has 4 sisters: Sophie (°1967), married to hereditary prince Alois of Liechtenstein. Marie (°1969), married to duke Friedrich von Württemberg and Hélène (°1972) and Anna (°1975) who aren't married yet. Elisabeth is 30, her fiancé is 7 years older. Here are some pictures of the couple that were taken this summer. Photos from SeegerPress Last edited by Elsa M.; 04-04-2006 at 05:54 PM. |

I also think she's really beautifull, like her sisters (are there any photos of them attending the wedding ball -apart from the one of Sophie and Alois-?)
Tastes differ of course... Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing pictures from the wedding. |

Today they got married in church. The wedding took place in Tegernsee, there were 500 guests. Elisabeth wore a 200 year old family veil of Brussels lace. She wore the same tiara her two other sisters (Sophie & Marie) wore on their wedding day.
Here's the first picture: |

Thanks for the pictures of the pre-wedding dinner and the first pictures of the wedding. The bride looked lovely in her tiara and light blue gown.
Here are some pictures from the wedding, posted by Cathérine Bergeyck mostly at the Glittering Royal Events MB. |

The bride and groom met in a Vienese coffee house. At the time Elisabeth worked in Vienna. Daniel didn't but was invited to a ball...What a fairy tale :)

She wore the same ancient family veil and tiara as the two sisters who married before, you can compare:
1. Duchess Marie Caroline von Württemberg (1991) 2. Hereditary princess Sophie von und zu Liechtenstein (1993) |
