The session was held in the Grand Hall of the Independence Palace.

The event was organized by the Historical Society of the Independence of Portugal and the Royal Association of Lisbon.

According to the main article of magazine Nova Gente, a press person of the duke and duchess has denied to the magazine that the couple is leading seperate lives. Still, the statement that they are living seperate lives actually is the main story on the cover & claims to have testimonies that confirm it.
