Why did the Duke say such a thing? I believe mr. Saramago usually isn´t too positive about Portugal, which might be annoying to many Portuguese.

The Duke of Bragança offended the Portuguese writer, by saying that he should not have won the Nobel Prize!

Finally Dom Duarte says something I agree with!!!!

Saramago may be a great writter (is he?...) but in what concerns to politics and other matters... he is a senile indeed.
