I also think that it is the bracelet tiara. A quite mysterious piece, imo. It was worn by Princesses Sybilla, Birgitta and Christina; wasn't seen since Birgitta wore it in 1979 for the Austrian State Visit. Where does it came from? Where did it go? Have we ever seen it being worn as a bracelet?

It's difficult to say. The quality of the picture does not allow for a definitive answer, imo. But I still think that it is the meander bracelet tiara. To me the jewel seems wider than a mere riviere. And when I blow up the size, it seems that is the same spacing as in the meander bracelet.

Very sad, it has history and is a family piece, I sure hope someone in the family buys it and puts in the family foundation and it can stay there.

Queen Silvia could definitely carry those pearls and so could princess Christina but Crown princess Victoria doesn't seem that interested in wearing big pieces of jewellery.
When she does wear big pieces it's most often seem to be colourful costume jewellery like on the Gaygala last year.

There hasn't been so many occasions to use big jewellery, but during the last 2 years Victoria has had these, and I think that she wears big jewellery well.

I agree that she wears big jewellery very well but I wish she could start to incorporate more of it into her "daily wear". She could most certainly pull it off.
Amongst the other crown princesses I feel only Camilla and to some extent Mary uses big jewellery outside of white tie events.

If Occasion calls, then she wears big jewelry..... and I even have the Impression, she uses more Grand jewelry during the last 2 years then ever before.

BTW, wearing big bling costume jewelry during gay Gala is EXACTLY the right choice for a gay gala.......

I was wondering if the Diamond Serpent Bracelet was worn by anyone besides Lilian and Princess Margaret.

Queen Josephina's necklace @ auction would make a great wedding present for his majesty's new DIL. He could even buy it at auction to enter it into the family foundation and present /loan it to Sofia for life, so that way it goes back to the collection at her death

If the king did buy it I'm sure he'd want to keep it in the main line so the foundation would be a safer bet than gifting it to Sofia and then have it ending up on another auction in the future.

I think that the stone is different in Sibylla's and Margaretha's earrings.
Another photo of Sibylla's

I think you are right. Margaretha seems to have worn these earrings a lot... You look at any photo of her from around 1962 and these earrings are the ones she seems to be wearing. (I did a google search for "Prinsessan Margaretha 1962" and a lot of the photos appear to have these earrings).
