I don't know if they are old or new, I see them for first time. They are flowerlike I think and they certainly have big size.

Thank´s Godiva
The earrings are old she wore them in 1999
The little tiara that QR used during State Visit to Brunei & during 10th anniversary celebrations is a Boucheron bracelet:

^ I had absolutely no idea about this Boucheron bracelet/tiara. It's simple and elegant IMO. Thanks for the info! :)

So its not a tiara, interesting. Its my least favorite piece anyway, it doesnt look nice IMO.
I think it would look nicer as a nice simple necklace.

Since it's a bracelet, it must be one of those classic pieces every woman should have. I think it's very beautiful - it doesn't impress me as a tiara though.

One question: Why doesn't Queen Rania have her own Tiara ?
The bracelet is NOT a tiara at all and no one knows about the ugly Boucheron arab tiara. Haya seems not to lend the Alia Tiara anymore ( since she is married, I think).
I ask, because all the other jordan princesses do have stunning jewels and tiaras. The Queen should have an impressive tiara, too.

Queen Rania has two tiaras but she prefers use the Boucheron bracelet as tiara. Queen Noor only had one tiara in 30 years.

Which are the two tiaras? I thought that she only had one.

IMO Queen Rania spend to much money buying a lot of ok pieces, she wears them once and then we don't see them for a while if we see them again at all. She should buy good timeless pieces, and get herself some good tiaras and parures! She was the only queen who didn't sparkle in Stockholm at Victoria's wedding, there are non reigning royalty with better jewels than her!
