I can't tell if the stones in the earrings are amethysts or sapphires, but they're a beautiful deep color and a lovely petal shape with those diamonds.

Yes is and evil eye, I have seen many jewels with evil eyes in Turkey.

I wonder what the large center stone is. Some of the stones on that setting look like citrines or peridots, though one has a blueish cast to it. Those are a beautiful design, although they look heavy to wear.
