Both tiaras are lovely! But the first one is the most impressive!I think they belong to her, otherwise we would have seen other Jordanian royal ladies wearing them. But Salma knows better.Let's see what she says.

Really? I had no idea!
At first I thought it couldn't be possible but when I compared the two pictures it really does look like the same tiara, the spikes seem to have been re-arranged. If that's the case then this is one versatile tiara.
I love pieces of jewellery that be worn more than one way.

I thought the same! If one wants to get a detail of the tiara in two forms I´ll upload the pic and then you will see that is the same.
Usually Queen Noor wore the tiara with this form (official portraits 1981, 1985, etc):
Queen Noor Jewellery
This I only see her two times: official portrais in 1979-80 and state visit 90´s.

Queen Noor wore the brooch many times during her first years as Queen of Jordan. The brooch is order of Wisam al-Iftiqhar al-Askari, Order of Military Glory.

Sorry, obviously I'm the only one who doesn't care for this type of brooches,no matter what they represent I just don't think they're suitable for an elegant woman, like Q.Noor

I don´t like the brooch, I don´t know why she decide wore it. Is normal she wore it in official portrait but no during her activities.

Generally,Q.Noor gives me the impression that she could do anything to keep K.Hussein's memory alive. She continues doing or wearing things that strongly remind of him.

I wouldn't be surprised about the wedding ring. It's only human and natural, many women keep them on their fingers, even after their husbands' death.Q.Noor generally embraced the whole culture of Jordan, for example she still wears traditional dresses.Perhaps she's doing it for her children

my 2 cents,
I deem Royal ladies wear jewelry for different reasons, one of which is to communicate history, legacy, accomplishment, status, etc. The piece of jewelry should always be meaningful alongside being beautiful and elegant. I believe this is the art in making jewelry
