I saw that interview and she said that her brother in Montana gave her it. But that was a long time ago. I hope I am getting my facts straight. But that allah necklace looks like an upside down cross. I guess that is quite figurative of how different Christianity and islam are.

No you're quite mistaken. Allah pendants come in all shapes and forms. Its just the word Allah in Arabic written in various decorative calligraphy scripts.
It has nothing to do with a cross which is a symbol, not a word.

But still that particular pendant looks like an upside down cross. But with that pendant I don't see how it starts with an alif, then with the l-we hav enot learned that letter yet so I don't know which one is the l.

Well calligraphy is quite different from the normal Arabic script and is used primarily for decorative purposes, including the making of jewellery. So you'll rarely find Quranic verses and words like Allah on pendants that resemble the actual arabic script.

She also seems to change the rings she wears on her pinky finger more. At first, I think it was KH's wedding ring....now it looks different. She obviously likes the look and she carries it off beautifully.

I actually cant remember if thats the same pendant she wore to the Larry King interview. I do remember though that it was also a diamond pendant.
I think it might be the same one since she wore it most often right after her husband's death.

Yes, if they are close friends, then they can have similar tastes.

But to me, "similar tastes" don't mean necessarly having the same earrings and both have the two colors.
I guess the earrings could be made by the same jeweler, or they bought them at the same time, ...

Queen Noor loves turquoise that's for sure.
She has consistently worn them throughout the years, as earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces and pendants. Same thing with pearls.
I think pearls and turquoise are definately among her favourites. She wears them all the time.

I've noticed that too. She once combined a lovely big pearl necklace with a simple gold necklace with a small diamond and it looked wonderful. She wore it for an appearance on Larry King, I believe.
