As the creator of that post on tumblr, it was not implied that it was Margrethe's tiara, but rather it was showing all of the tiaras worn by Margrethe in her lifetime. Hence, why it was included.

I am working on compiling all of Margrethe's tiara appearances over the years (as I've done with Silvia, Victoria, Madeleine, Mary, Alexandra, and Marie so far). It's a lot, however, plus finding dates for a lot of them is difficult.

I'm hoping to have a decent collection ready to be posted within a week or so. Though I imagine I'll continue to find new photos, as I do for Silvia.

It's lovely how she always wears her Palmette tiara at some of the weddings.

The Queen also wore her floral tiara at the Luxembourg pre wedding dinner in 2012 however I could not find a good photo.

Queen Margrethe

Queen Margrethe has had her Official Portrait photo taken for her 75th birthday next month. It is a lovely close up of her with a nice clear shot of her earrings. I am wondering if the stones are garnets as they appear too dark to be rubies.

From the fantastic blog of Mr Kjell Arne Totland, royal correspondent of TV2 (Norway).

Link to his blog: Kongebloggen - Kjell Arne Totland

Look at this enormous picture of Queen Margrethe wearing the Orange-Nassau pearl poiré diadem, with fantastic diamonds-and-pearls jewels. Note also her diamond encrusted chiffre with the portrait of her father, the diamond encrusted crosse-pattée of the Dannebrogordenen and the diamond encrusted breast star of the Elefantordenen.

Wow wow...

The then Princess Margrethe wore the Baden palmette tiara and her grandmother's stunning sapphires. You can see a clearer photo here - <title>Harald and Sonja - A parade of glittering jewels

The Aarhus-Brooch, QMII was presented with on the occasion of her 75th birthday in Aarhus, as a gift by Aarhus municipality on 8th April 2015.

The style is inspired by the characteristic railings around the trees at the local town hall. It consists of one larger brilliant and eight brilliants symbolizing her grandchildren (with room for more...). Five brilliants are blue, for the boys and three yellow for the girls.

The brooch measure 40 X 40 millimeters.

It is designed by Alice Rosborg.
