Does anyone know if Margrethe wore her wedding tiara more than once?

I never see any pictures of her wearing that tiara exept on her wedding day.

This tiara passed to Queen Anne-Marie and she uses it now. QMII has quite large collection of jewelery so without one or two piece she still has a choice. But indeed I can't remember photos of her wearing Khedive tiara.

I just read an on-line book of Mary Adelaide the Duchess of Tecks diaries and journals. On page 99, Mary Adelaide says while visiting Rumpenheim [the scene of many family gatherings] Louisa showed her her jewels. The 5 rows of pearls Louisa said came from Minny and the Csarevich. [Dagmar and the future Tsar Alexander III.]
Louisa also showed her the Khedive pearl necklace with 3 drops. Mary Adelaide says she had no stomachers. Mary Adelaide the Dss of Teck was Queen Marys mother and a cousin of Queen Victoria.
Queen Margethe wears it now and it is a long necklace set.

No, she never wore it again. Queen Ingrid retained this tiara till her death and only lent it to her daughters and grand-daughters for their respective weddings. After Queen Ingrid's death the tiara went directly to Queen Anne-Marie.

Queen Anne-Marie has also worn it one time when Queen Ingrid was still alive. Have seen a pic somewhere but don't know where.

You mean Khedive tiara? She wore it, for example at QMII's birthday last year.

It is well documented that Queen Anne-Marie has worn the Khedive tiara since she has inherited from Queen Ingrid, who died in 2000.
But below Stefan wrote that Anne-Marie also wore it at least once after her wedding and while Ingrid was still alive.

I guess this belongs here.

Summary of a Q&A in Billed Bladet #1, 2012.
Where a Victor Jacobsen assk why QMII doesn't use the Crown that is on display among the crown jewels at Rosenborg Castle?

Jon Bloch Skipper explains that Christian V's crown from 1671 is no longer used, because it was used by absolute rulers (*).
The crown was last used at the anointment of Christian VIII in 1840.
With the first Constitution of 1849, absolutism was abolished in DK and the crown has not been used since, because monarchs after 1849 are not anointed nor crowned.
The crown is only used when a monarch dies. The the crown is placed on the coffin during castrum doloris.
The last time that happened was in 1972.

(*) Before 1671 all Danish kings were elected. Or more correctly, the king had to travel through the realm in order to be acknowledged as the rightful king by gatherings of free men. - Who in theory could elect anyone as their rightful king. In reality the kings came from the same extended family.
In fact Denmark was on the verge of becoming a parlamentarian rule like in England, but the variuos representatives of free men, peasantry, burghers and nobillity couldn't agree, so absolutism was introduced instead.

It's emerald tiara, part of royal jewels. On this photo indeed looks different, very pretty (I'm not a fan of this piece).

It's good to see something other than a "white" tiara. The parure is beautiful and the portrait is just gorgeous.
