The Coolook looked like a Christmas Tree decoration but the tous freshwater pearl drop earrings are really beautiful.

I think the earrings Letizia wore today are ugly, and they were too big to be used at an event like that.
Luckily, the earrings cost only 12,95 euros.

I find it strange that Princess Beatrix would wear the ribbon of the Order of the Golden Fleece in a visit to the Prado, but I will take the article as accurate. From the picture that was posted, it was hard to see.

This tiara is absolutely stunning and regal. The design is exquisite, especially the pearls and the diamond drop. It is one of most beautiful tiaras to me.

It's really nice that she started wearing big earrings, but the thing is she tends to stick to one style and it gets really boring. So every time we see her now we expect her to be in relatively big earrings

Yes they are and were very well paired with her diamond bracelet,great to see Letizia make an effort on the jewel front.

A discussion in the Tiara & Jewels guessing thread set me off on a path where I compiled a list of all of the tiaras some of the ladies have worn for state (and official visits when called for) visits.

Here is Letizia's. Before becoming Queen, she wore the Prussian Diamond Tiara 12 times, the Mellerio Floral Tiara 5 times, and the Mellerio Shell Tiara once. Since becoming Queen, she's worn the Mellerio Floral Tiara for all three state visits.

I hope we'll see some variance from her in the future.
