Letizia has been very poor on the jewel front so many lovely pieces gathering dust and never worn.

I think you mean the green ring she wore in 2018? Like a lot of her jewels she wore it nearly daily and suddenly stopped wearing it) like her dragonfly brooch)I don't understand her jewel choice, not for daytime or evening wear. she seems to like the joyas earrings (pre-covid at least) but for daytime she usually wears non visible, cheap earrings or her Gold and roses which i find very ugly. She seems to avoid classic pieces. I really hope we will see some pieces on Leonor or Sofia..
