In The Queen's Diamonds Hugh Roberts calls them The Greville Peardrop Earrings.
So this is 'official' name of these earrings.
The three cuts of stones are magnficent; I can only imagine the flash and fire of those diamonds when worn.
I don't think I've seen these earrings before, they look a bit like Queen Alexandra's wedding earrings but with a jagged edge.

Yes I tend to agree they are the Queen Alexandra wedding earrings. I don't recall seeing HM wearing these before.
